Getting Started
We build you a custom SEO-optimized website for free, then drive qualified leads to your business through local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and content marketing. You pay a monthly service fee plus a small percentage of the revenue from leads we generate. This performance-based model means we only succeed when you do.
Every package includes a professionally designed, mobile-responsive website with 100 to 500 pages of SEO-optimized content (depending on your package). The site includes contact forms, click-to-call buttons, service area pages, Google Analytics integration, and is built to convert visitors into leads. After your website launches, hosting is $49/month.
Most clients start seeing increased website traffic within 30 to 60 days. Qualified leads typically begin flowing within 60 to 90 days. SEO is a long-term strategy, so results compound over time. By month 6, most clients see a significant and sustained increase in lead volume.
We specialize in home service contractors including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, landscapers, painters, and general contractors. If you serve residential or commercial customers in a skilled trade, we can likely help you grow.
Pricing & Billing
Revenue share is a percentage of the revenue from customers who found you through our marketing efforts (your website, Google Business Profile, organic search, or content we created). We use call tracking, form submissions, and UTM parameters to accurately attribute leads. You only pay revenue share on jobs that came directly from our work. The rate depends on your package: Starter (5%), Growth (7%), or Dominate (10%).
Revenue share is based on actual attributed revenue. If you have a slow month with low revenue from our leads, your revenue share payment will be proportionally lower. You still pay the monthly service fee, but the performance component adjusts with your business. No revenue from our leads means no revenue share.
No. Your costs are: (1) the monthly service fee for your package, (2) revenue share on attributed leads, and (3) $49/month for website hosting after your site launches. If you are on the Dominate package, ad spend is billed separately at cost with zero markup. That is it.
The initial term is 3 months. SEO and digital marketing take time to produce results, and we invest heavily upfront in building your website and establishing your online presence. After the initial 3-month term, the agreement continues month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
You can cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all content created for your business. Your website continues to be hosted at $49/month, or you can export the site. Revenue share obligations cease 30 days after termination.
The Website
It depends on your package. The Starter package includes a 100-page website, Growth includes 250 pages, and Dominate includes up to 500 pages. These pages include your homepage, service pages, service area pages (city/neighborhood-specific), blog posts, and supporting content. More pages means more opportunities to rank in Google for local searches.
Yes. You can request changes through your account manager at any time. Minor updates (text changes, new photos, etc.) are included in your monthly service. Larger structural changes may be scheduled into our regular content updates. We also proactively update your site based on SEO performance data.
Cloudflare Pages is a modern hosting platform that serves your website from data centers around the world. This means your site loads extremely fast for every visitor, regardless of their location. It also provides enterprise-grade security, automatic SSL certificates, and 99.99% uptime. Your $49/month hosting fee covers this infrastructure.
Yes. Content created specifically for your business becomes your property upon full payment. You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and all existing content. If you cancel, you can export the website and host it elsewhere, or continue hosting with us at $49/month.
After cancellation, your website remains live and hosted for $49/month. This covers hosting on Cloudflare Pages, SSL certificates, security updates, and basic maintenance. You can continue paying this to keep your site running, or export the site files and move to another host.
Results & Reporting
We use multiple tracking methods: dedicated call tracking numbers on your website and Google Business Profile, form submission logging with source data, UTM parameters on all content links, and read-only integration with your job management software (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.) to verify completed jobs and revenue.
A qualified lead is someone who contacts your business with a genuine intent to hire you for a service. This includes phone calls, form submissions, and direct messages through your Google Business Profile. We do not count spam, wrong numbers, or solicitations. Our tracking system filters these out automatically.
Absolutely. You have full access to your lead tracking dashboard, call recordings, form submissions, and Google Analytics. We believe in complete transparency. You can also request a detailed lead-by-lead breakdown at any time. Our monthly reports include all of this data in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
You receive a comprehensive monthly performance report by the 10th of each month covering the previous month. This includes: total leads generated, lead sources breakdown, attributed revenue, revenue share calculation, keyword rankings, website traffic, and strategic recommendations for the upcoming month. You also have 24/7 access to your real-time dashboard.
