You start at Cub ($500/mo) and automatically move up as we perform: Black ($1,500/mo) at 5+ leads/mo, Grizzly ($2,500/mo) at 20+ leads/mo, Polar ($3,500/mo) at 30+ leads/mo. Before any upgrade takes effect, we notify you by phone, email, AND text. Your price only increases after our performance earns it.

You stay at your current tier. If attributed lead volume falls and remains below a lower threshold for two consecutive billing periods, we downgrade your tier and reduce your monthly fee accordingly — with the same phone/email/text notification. You never get stuck paying for performance we did not deliver.

Only leads our marketing efforts generate — calls and forms tracked through the website we built, Google Business Profile optimizations we made, organic search results for pages we produced, content we published, or paid campaigns we ran. Your existing customers, referrals, word-of-mouth, walk-ins, and leads from your own ad accounts never count. Every tracked lead is visible in your Growth Hub CRM dashboard with full source attribution.

No. Your costs are: (1) the monthly service fee for your current tier, and (2) $49/month for website hosting after your site launches (Black tier and up). If you are on the Polar tier, ad spend is billed separately at cost with zero markup. That is it — no revenue share, no surprise charges.

The initial term is 3 months. SEO and digital marketing take time to produce results, and we invest heavily upfront in building your website and establishing your online presence. After the initial 3-month term, the agreement continues month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.

You can cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all content created for your business. Your website continues to be hosted at $49/month, or you can export the site and move to another host.

It depends on your tier. Black includes a 100-page website, Grizzly includes 250 pages, and Polar includes up to 500 pages. These pages include your homepage, service pages, service area pages (city/neighborhood-specific), blog posts, and supporting content. More pages means more opportunities to rank in Google for local searches. Cub clients keep their existing website instead.

Yes. You can request changes through your account manager at any time. Minor updates (text changes, new photos, etc.) are included in your monthly service. Larger structural changes may be scheduled into our regular content updates. We also proactively update your site based on SEO performance data.

Cloudflare Pages is a modern hosting platform that serves your website from data centers around the world. This means your site loads extremely fast for every visitor, regardless of their location. It also provides enterprise-grade security, automatic SSL certificates, and 99.99% uptime. Your $49/month hosting fee covers this infrastructure.

Yes. Content created specifically for your business becomes your property upon full payment. You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and all existing content. If you cancel, you can export the website and host it elsewhere, or continue hosting with us at $49/month.

After cancellation, your website remains live and hosted for $49/month. This covers hosting on Cloudflare Pages, SSL certificates, security updates, and basic maintenance. You can continue paying this to keep your site running, or export the site files and move to another host.

We use multiple tracking methods: dedicated call tracking numbers on your website and Google Business Profile, form submission logging with source data, and UTM parameters on all content links. Every tracked lead is visible in real time in the Growth Hub CRM dashboard, with the source, campaign, and landing page recorded. You can verify every lead independently — no black box.

A qualified lead is someone who contacts your business with a genuine intent to hire you for a service. This includes phone calls, form submissions, and direct messages through your Google Business Profile. We do not count spam, wrong numbers, or solicitations. Our tracking system filters these out automatically.

Absolutely. You have full access to your lead tracking dashboard, call recordings, form submissions, and Google Analytics. We believe in complete transparency. You can also request a detailed lead-by-lead breakdown at any time. Our monthly reports include all of this data in a clear, easy-to-understand format.

You receive a comprehensive monthly performance report by the 10th of each month covering the previous month. This includes: total attributed leads generated, lead sources breakdown, current tier status and progression toward the next threshold, keyword rankings, website traffic, and strategic recommendations for the upcoming month. You also have 24/7 access to your real-time dashboard.
