Upgrades only happen after we deliver — your price goes up only when your business does.

Only attributed leads from our marketing efforts — calls and forms tracked through the website, Google Business Profile, organic search, or content we produced. Your existing customers, referrals, word-of-mouth, and leads from your own channels never count. Every tracked lead is visible to you in the Growth Hub CRM dashboard with full source attribution.

No. There are no long-term contracts. We work month-to-month because we believe our results should earn your business, not a contract clause. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We keep clients because we deliver, not because they're trapped.

Your website stays live as long as you continue the $49/month hosting fee through Cloudflare Pages. The site is yours. If you cancel the lead generation services, you keep the website and all its SEO rankings. You just won't have our ongoing optimization, content, and marketing services. Many contractors keep the site running and re-engage when they're ready to grow again.

Your custom website goes live within 2-3 weeks of onboarding. Most contractors start seeing organic leads within 30-60 days as Google indexes the new pages. By month 3, you should have a steady flow. SEO is a compounding asset — results accelerate over time, unlike paid ads that stop the moment you stop paying. No. The $3,500/month covers our ad management, strategy, creative, and optimization services. The actual ad spend (what you pay to Google or Meta) is separate and billed directly to your ad accounts. We recommend a minimum of $1,500-$3,000/month in ad spend to start, but we'll tailor the budget to your market and goals during onboarding.

Cub is for contractors who already have a functional website and want an affordable on-ramp. You get Google Business Profile optimization, our local SEO foundation work, and our review generation system. If your business grows past 5 attributed leads a month, you auto-upgrade to Black — which is when the free custom website kicks in, built on top of your existing domain.
